Section X.1. All persons in full or part time work are to be paid the statutory minimum wage; to have mutually agreed terms of employment that include a guaranteed number of paid hours work, pensions and notice provisions, entitlements for sick pay (including maternity, paternity and compassionate leave), disciplinary and grievance provisions and training entitlement or requirements. All persons have the right to collectively bargain with their employer.

Section X.2. There is a right of responsible public access to most land and inland water other than within the curtilage of buildings, structures, and dwellings, as defined in legislation.

Section X3. Following any referendum favouring Scottish Independence the incumbent administration will continue in office for a maximum of fifteen months and will refrain from conducting any irrevocable negotiations with any other government. It will also initiate the process of a General Election to be held at the end of this term to elect a new government constitutionally mandated to negotiate the terms of withdrawal from the United Kingdom.

Section X4: Following any referendum favouring Scottish Independence the incumbent government of Scotland will continue under its present devolved mandate excepting that within the first three months following the Referendum it will arrange for the creation of an interim Citizens’ Assembly under terms compatible with the draft Constitution and to be confirmed after enactment of the Constitution by Parliament.

Section X5. Following any referendum favouring Scottish Independence the incumbent government of Scotland will continue under its present devolved mandate excepting that within the first three months following the Referendum it will arrange for the creation of a Constitutional Convention charged within a further six months with the publication of a final version of the Constitution for Scotland having the credible endorsement of the people and ready for legislation by the new Parliament.
