Article X

Section X.1. All persons in full or part time work are to be paid the statutory minimum wage; to have mutually agreed terms of employment that include a guaranteed number of paid hours work, pensions and notice provisions, entitlements for sick pay (including maternity, paternity and compassionate leave), disciplinary and grievance provisions and training entitlement or requirements. All persons have the right to collectively bargain with their employer.
