Section 15.6. National Security. Under the oversight of the Scottish Government a National Security Agency will coordinate interactive strategy among the departments of the police, intelligence services, the armed forces, maritime protection agency, customs service and government agencies effecting national security.

        Section 15.6. During the interregnum before full powers are transferred, the UK (and other Intelligence/Security Services will be discreetly active. The interim Scottish government should prepare its response in good time and with similar discretion.
