Anthony Salamone, M.D.of European Merchants, makes some excellent recommendations in today's National, Dec 16. 2021, to which is, I feel, an example for external professional advisers being necessary over and beyond politicians and civil servants input. Especially where domestic and foreign policy is concerned. Reading his article, produces a far more complex subject for policy making that might be realised.
