Section 2.8. Combine Section 2.4 and Section 2.8. All citizens have the right to freedom of expression, within the law. Public demonstrations are guaranteed providing they do not unduly affect the rights of others. Freedom of expression does not extend to misrepresentation, slander or libel in whatever format may be used.

Section 2.8. Article 10 ECHR. If needed at all (since the ECHR is adopted into the constitution), it should be combined with Section 2.4.
