Proposed Amendment to Section 2.8.

    Section 2.8. Combine Section 2.4 and Section 2.8. All citizens have the right to freedom of expression, within the law. Public demonstrations are guaranteed providing they do not unduly affect the rights of others. Freedom of expression does not extend to misrepresentation, slander or libel in whatever format may be used.

    Proposed Amendment to Section 2.8

    Section 2.8. Section 2.8. All citizens have the right to freedom of expression and Parliament shall not make any laws abridging those rights except in the case of tackling direct incitement of violence to other individuals and/or property.
