Section 2.8. Article 10 ECHR. If needed at all (since the ECHR is adopted into the constitution), it should be combined with Section 2.4.
Section 2.8. Combine Section 2.4 and Section 2.8. All citizens have the right to freedom of expression, within the law. Public demonstrations are guaranteed providing they do not unduly affect the rights of others. Freedom of expression does not extend to misrepresentation, slander or libel in whatever format may be used.
Scottish History and Education
Section 2.8. As it is deemed that Scotland and its heritage are primary concerns and that the development of a nation, well educated, is of prime importance to the future of the children of the nation. Be it known, therefore that:
A Scottish history shall be taught in all schools up to and including the last year of tenure of the student. This history shall be unbiased and factual and from time to time be updated, as new proven evidence becomes available.
