    Section 2.4. Freedom of expression, by whatever means, is guaranteed for all, subject to such cconditions as may be prescribed by law within the limits laid down by Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

    Section 2.4. Section 2.4. Freedom of expression & speech through the media and electronic communication and public demonstrations is guaranteed. Parliament and local authorities shall not pass any law prohibiting any of these rights, except when direct incitement of violence to individuals and/or property is committed.

    Better clarification of boundaries

    Section 2.4. Freedom of expression and speech in all forms of media, either analog or digital including all public and private speaking, shall not be infringed by any law by parliament. Neither shall demonstrations on public estates or in private estates when allowance is granted by the judiciary in cases where it is deemed necessary. Those rights find its boundaries in offenses or civil delicts such as libel, slander or other kinds of defamatory speech.
