        Section 9.2. The supreme criminal court in Scotland is the High Court of Justiciary, not of Judiciary. This kind of drafting shows a lack of knowledge of Scots law and a lack of attention to detail which mean that the whole draft constitution will have to be thoroughly revised by competent Scottish legal drafters before any fine-tuning can take place.
