Section 9.2. Section 9.2. The judicial powers of Scotland are invested in the Court of Session and the High Court of Judiciary and in such subordinate courts as provided in law.
Section 9.2. The supreme criminal court in Scotland is the High Court of Justiciary, not of Judiciary. This kind of drafting shows a lack of knowledge of Scots law and a lack of attention to detail which mean that the whole draft constitution will have to be thoroughly revised by competent Scottish legal drafters before any fine-tuning can take place.

Elsewhere on the site you would have seen that our policy is to set out a non-prescriptive Model Constitution in lay terms to encourage maximum participation. It is also accepted that in due course it will form one part of a more formal Constitutional Convention where other proposals will be considered prior to a final version being compiled in appropriate legal terms.

Section 9.2. What sort of headline would be appropriate, apart from a rewriting of the section itself, which does not have a headline?
